Yes, all our products are photographed, you will always buy exactly the product that our model is wearing.

Yes, for sure. Simply by accessing "Newsletter" you will receive information about the latest news, lookbooks and events of Avelinas Vintage.

Can I unsubscribe from the Avelinas Vintage Newsletter?

Yes, in our Newsletter there is a direct link through which you can unsubscribe.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Sign-in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

How can I be sure that I have done my purchase correctly?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department. Sending an email to customerservice@avelinasvintage.com

Can I know the status of my order?

Yes, you can view the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the "tracking number" section and enter the tracking number of your order.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. From the shopping cart you can remove items that you do not want as long as you have not processed the order.

Can I cancel my order?

What should I do if I get a defective item?

We sell reused items that we try to photograph at the highest resolution for you to appreciate the details, so we try to minimize returns for defects in appearance. In any case, always contact our customer service department.

What should I do if I get an incorrect item?

If you accidentally receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will collect and return it.
