RETURN POLICY

At Avelinas Vintage we are always looking to provide you with the best vintage and reworked garments. Because vintage clothes are so special and unique we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, find here our return policy.

How do I return an article?

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) as follows:

  • Get in touch with our customer service by sending a message through your order describing the reason for your return.
  • Put your name inside the parcel with your full name and order number and your name and address on the outside.
  • Send the parcel to the following address:

  • Please, the parcel must be described as “Devolución por venta. Carece de valor comercial / Online purchase return. No commercial value” and marked without costs (0€). Parcels that require a customs fee payment shall not be accepted and returned to sender.

When can I ask for a refund/exchange?

You have 15 days to send us the parcel from the moment you receive your order. After that you will lose the right to be refunded and could only ask for an exchange within the next 15 days. That is 30 days in total.

Do I have to pay for returning my item?

As a general rule, all returns are at the customers responsibility. Only in cases of significant damage or errors in the shipment regarding to the product or size, Avelinas will be responsible for the costs of return up to a maximum amount of 10GBP. In order to reimburse these shipping postage, please, provide us a picture of the postal service receipt and a Paypal email account. Return costs shall not be reimbursed by any other means and shall be reimbursed together with your refund/exchange once your parcel is processed.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your parcel is processed, you will be refunded by the same means you used to place your order. In case there is any issue with the process, you may be refunded through Paypal method.

When will I be refunded?

Please allow us 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. We will contact you through your order once it is processed.

Avelinas Vintage reserved the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the time limit or garments that are not in the same condition as when they were sent. 

What happens if my parcel is sent back to Avelinas Vintage?

In case your parcel is sent back to us for undetermined reasons, we will contact you upon the parcel’s arrival* and check if you would like it to be reshipped or refunded.

In case you would like to have it reshipped, we will request shipping costs again.

*Please, note that the couriers may have deleted your name from the parcel, leaving us no way to contact you back.
