Shipping method

Our current order processing time is 1 - 2 working days for in-stock merchandise. In case you change size or have special requirements this timeframe can change. Please note that orders placed on weekend will be shipped on Monday / Tuesday by 9:00am.

During this time we will safely pack your order and process for shipment.

If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment, which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by contacting Avelinas Customer Service team or emailing us at customerservice@avelinasvintage.com (please make sure you are providing your order Nº)

 

The estimated shipping time is 5 - 6 working days in Europe (Zone 1)  and approximately 7- 10 days to the rest of the world (Zone 2).

Returns

AVELINASONLINE S.L RETURN POLICY: 

We hope you love your new pieces! However if something doesn’t work out for you, then be sure to follow these steps.

  1.        First of all please let us know by contacting Avelinas Customer Service team or emailing us at customerservice@avelinasvintage.com (please make sure you are providing your order Nº).
  2.        When you send back the item please fill the senders and recipient info in this order:

  1.        PLEASE NOTE you have 15 days after receive your order to request a refund or exchange, or 28 days in case the item should develop a fault.  After that you will lose the right to be refunded.  Please send us a proof of postage after you send the parcel, for us to make sure the shipping goes well.

Just in case that the courier asks, please, remember to add in the description of your parcel "Purchase return. No commercial value" and to mark its value as 0€.

  1.        As soon as we receive the item back, we will process your refund or exchange within five working days.
  2.        Note that parcels that require customs payment upon arrival won't be accepted and will be sent back to sender. Kind regards, Avelinas Team

Remember...

  •         Get in touch before returning.
  •         All returns must be shipped to us within 15 days after receiving the purchase.
  •         All items must be returned, unused, unworn and still have Avelinas tags attached.
  •         Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
  •         Return shipping is non-refundable, unless it is our fault.
